Product builder / 01For EU startups

Your idea deserves to exist outside a slide deck.

1 day.
Something
to point at.

One senior product builder turns your idea into a clickable flow or working demo. Enough to decide, pitch, or test.

A real thing changes the conversation.

Ideas are easy to agree with. A prototype gives people something they can use, question, and improve.

Something
you can use.

01 / Click

A clickable flow

Walk a customer, investor, or teammate through the idea and see where the story holds up.

02 / Try

Or a working demo

Put the riskiest part of your software or AI idea into someone’s hands and learn from what happens.

We choose the useful output during intake. The scope fits the day; the day does not stretch to fit the scope.

Clear before
the clock starts.

  1. 01

    Free intake

We hear the idea, identify the question to answer, and decide whether a prototype is the right next step. Up to one hour.

  2. 02

    Prepare

We agree the priorities, gather access, and set up a repository. You know what we will tackle first.

  3. 03

    Build for one day

One 24-hour billable timebox. We work in priority order and make a cut at the 18-hour mark so the day ends with something you can show.

  4. 04

    Demo and handover

We show what works, hand over the repository, and put anything that did not fit at the top of the backlog.

The clock
is the constraint.
The idea moves.

We build what matters most inside the box. At the end, there is a demo and a clear next step, even if the original wish list was bigger.

Good for

Testing a software or AI idea, making a pitch tangible, or finding out what a product needs before a bigger build.

What it is not

A production platform or a fixed list of features. We agree the most valuable question and let the scope move inside the day.

From something to point at
to something to build on.

The next timebox is seven days. We use the prototype to decide what belongs in the working core.

Ask about the MVP

The short version.

Will this be ready for production?

No. The day is for a clickable flow or working demo that helps you test and decide. A production build is a separate step.

What if the whole idea does not fit?

That is what the timebox is for. We start with the highest-priority part, make a scope decision at hour 18, and show the result at the end. The rest goes on the backlog.

Do I need a detailed specification?

No. The free intake helps us find the question worth answering. We agree the priorities and access before the build begins.

Who gets the work afterward?

You get a demo and the repository. We can discuss a seven-day MVP timebox if you want to continue.

What would you
like to make real?

Tell us the idea in a few lines. We will start with a free intake of up to one hour.
